Fun Fridays

Today, we have Funs on our minds for our Fun Fact. High school sometimes felt like one big monotonous routine and I say this as Classic who revels in routine. Funs, Smart & Organic Freedoms bore of routine more easily than other types but Funs are more present tense focused than Smart & Organic Freedoms. They might not see the point of learning about a plant in Botany inside a fluorescent lit classroom – why not be outside exploring the real thing? Therefore, it’s not total surprising that Funs make up 60% of high school dropouts.

Just Say “No!”

As a Classic Freedom, I have so much trouble saying no to party invitations. Often they’re from friends who I really want to see and with whom I want to maintain friendships. My inability to say no is only a mild problem until the holidays when invites go into overdrive.

When someone talks about throwing a holiday party, it’s almost never meant to be a tiny affair. And I understand why. It’s the time of merry gentlemen, spreading good cheer, having one too many (of everything) and wishing people Happy New Year! Deck your halls and walls.

It began on December 4, 2009 … my first Christmas card arrived (and it’s always the one from my Classic Freedom friend in Cleveland – checklist maker extraordinaire). I too am a Classic Freedom (all about tradition and getting things done) but I am usually 2-3 weeks behind her. Hey just because people are the same Pixie type doesn’t mean we are carbon copies.
