Fun Fridays

Get your proverbial lead out! We want to hear from you today. We’re going to start mixing in queries and ideas from you guys on our self-designated Fun Fridays. We’ll still pepper you with fun facts every once in awhile about personality type and what not but today we want to hear from you.

This week we'd like you to email us for gift ideas for a certain Pixie Type or just write in and tell us your favorite gift idea (and your Pixie Type). We’ll cherry pick a few and feature them in our PixieTips during our gift ideas week. And stay tuned because we're thinking about doing a live webcast during lunch hour on Fridays where you'll be able to see us LIVE and email us directly for home and life solutions ... does Friday get more fun than that??

Email us at Info@pixiesdidit.com  ... C'mon, you KNOW you want to email us! Pretty please??! Or just post some comments down below! All are welcome, every day.

Thank You!

The Queen Fairy and her two pixies (eons ago!

Thank you for reading us on this day of Thanksgiving. Today’s tip is to take a load off and … NAP! We haven’t quite figured out which personality types have the hardest times napping. We think it might have less to do with Pixie personality types and more to do with how you get your energy (whether you are extroverted or introverted). The more extroverted you are, the harder it is for you to tune out the world and power down for a good snooze. But, this is absolutely not based on any scientific study yet. It’s just a Pixie hunch.

Timing Is Everything.

All personality types can be late. But the ones who get a “reputation” are frequently a certain type — that would be Funs, Organic Freedoms and Smart Freedoms. These types simply enjoy time as a more of an open-ended entity versus a limited quantity ideally parceled out precisely. Funs, Organic Freedoms and Smart Freedoms are less likely to schedule every minute of their calendar because they’d prefer to leave it a bit open to see what pops up.

My logical Smart husband was insistent on help because it was 25 people (and thereby a little illogical for me to do this ALL on my own) so we compromised and hired servers and china (Yay, no dishes!).

Where's the Beef?

By the time, I figured out that my childhood Norman Rockwell holidays were the exception not the rule, I was well into my 20s. And while my holiday memories are aglow with warmth & merriment, I am sure it wasn’t as perfect as my vision. Plus, I was clueless. I actually asked my mom why my divorced grandparents didn’t spend holidays together.
